This project involves the creation of a housing complex consisting of 150 units along with community green spaces. Situated in South Providence, the development site sees a vast separation in the area because of the large parking lots and lack of public transportation.

The project proposes a mixed-use housing complex. It will involve the construction of an urban market with low-income housing on top. The project will serve as a meeting for people in the neighborhood and provide much-needed plaza spaces.
